What return conditions must the goods meet?

We can take back the goods under the following conditions:

The goods must be in original packaging and unused.  After receipt of the goods, they will be subjected to a quality and functional check. If the goods are found to be in proper and saleable condition, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods. 

If it is found that the goods are not in proper condition, or the date of manufacture is older than 3 months for safety components, or 12 months for all other products, we unfortunately cannot take the goods back.
