The elostore reserves the right to secure the credit risk in individual cases to offer the customer a delivery only against prepayment, PayPal, credit card or direct debit.
Usually, the reason for this is that we do not yet have a payment history from the customer, for example, new customers or a high order value. This decision has nothing to do with the customer personally.
