If you do not receive the email notification, it may be due to the following reason:
The email notification is in your SPAM folder. This is not uncommon with automatically sent emails. If you found the notification in your SPAM folder, please mark it as "not SPAM" or add our sender address to your whitelist. 
If this cause can be ruled out, please contact us.
