You can cancel an order via our customer service service as long as the goods have not yet been picked.
Please note that your orders can only be cancelled within 10-15 minutes of receipt. In order to guarantee you a quick delivery, the ordered items are already in the shipping process after this time. Cancellation is no longer possible after this time.
