Please note: Processing your return may take up to 14 business days from the date of receipt.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns without a completed form cannot be processed.
Please observe our 14-day return period from the date of dilivery (excluding defects or manufacturing faults).
The goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
No returns will be accepted if:
the goods are not in proper condition,
the manufacturing date of safety components is older than 3 months,,
or the manufacturing date of all other products is older than 12 months.
