Prepayment

During the ordering process you can select the payment method "Prepayment".                                                                                                                              You will receive all the information you need for the settlement of your order in your order confirmation on the screen after you have sent the order and with your order confirmation email.

Immediately after receipt of payment on our account your goods will be shipped. If one or more articles are not in stock at this time, we will confirm receipt of your transfer and ship the items as soon as possible if available. If after 5 days there is still no receipt of payment on our account, we will cancel your order.

When making the transfer, please be sure to follow the instructions on the order confirmation email and always include the specified reason for payment plus your order number and customer number.  Depending on the credit institution, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your payment to reach us.
