For return shipments within Germany, you can use the return label enclosed with your package.  You can then drop off the package ready for shipping at any UPS package store. We will then take over the postage costs for you. 

Please note: We can only cover the postage costs for the return shipment within Germany.

If you no longer have the return slip, please contact us via our contact form.

The average processing time of your return is 14-21 business days from the arrival of the shipment in our warehouse.
